TUITION FEES
How do I get the reduction in university contributions (ISEE-Università)?
Students who wish to benefit from a reduction in university contributions below the maximum amount must authorise the University, through their personal area on the Delphi portal, to obtain the required ISEE-Università certificate from the INPS database by December.
Students who do not intend to apply for the reduction (i.e. do not submit a valid ISEE-Università), whose ISEE-Università exceeds €90,000, or who do not authorise the University to obtain it from the INPS database, are automatically charged the maximum rate of their fee band.
To obtain the ISEE certificate for student-support benefits (ISEE-Università), the full Single Self-Declaration (DSU – Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica) must be completed.
The DSU contains information on the household and on the income and assets of each household member. It must be completed and submitted to one of the following:
- a Tax Assistance Centre (CAF);
- INPS, also online through the INPS portal.
Once the ISEE-Università certificate has been issued by INPS or by a CAF, students must log in to Delphi to check that it has been correctly acquired and that the second instalment has been recalculated. If there are any problems with the acquisition of the ISEE, please report them by writing to caf@supporto.uniroma2.it.
I am an EU student and my household’s income is declared abroad. How do I get the reduction in university contributions?
To access the reduction in university contributions, EU students whose household income is declared abroad, whether enrolling in the first year or in subsequent years, must obtain the “ISEE-Università parificato” certificate (data collection form for the equivalent university indicator) from any CAF in Italy and submit it to the Student Registry Office (Segreteria Studenti) by December.
To obtain the ISEE-Università parificato, students must provide documentation on any income and assets in Italy and on the income and assets abroad of each member of their household.
This documentation must be issued by the competent authorities of the country where the income and assets were produced, legalised and translated into Italian by the Italian diplomatic representation with territorial competence, with amounts converted into euros.
Once the certificate has been issued, students must bring to the Student Registry Office a copy of the ISEE-Università parificato issued by the CAF, together with a copy of the documentation used to obtain it. The second instalment will then be recalculated on the basis of the documents submitted.
If there are any problems, please write to caf@supporto.uniroma2.it.
THE DEGREE PROGRAMME
How do I enrol in the Psychology programme? Do I have to take a test?
All information on admission for the 2026/2027 academic year is available on this page (in Italian).
I want to enrol at “Tor Vergata” but I can’t find any available dates on the CISIA website. What can I do?
You can also take the CISIA test at a university other than the one where you wish to enrol: the score is recognised by all Italian universities, not only by the one where you took the test. The test calendar is available here. For more information on enrolling at “Tor Vergata”, click here.
I am enrolled in another degree programme. Can the exams I have already passed be recognised?
Yes. During enrolment, follow the procedure described in the Student Guide, section “4.2 Immatricolazione con abbreviazione di corso” (enrolment with course credit recognition). The Degree Programme Council or the Teaching Committee will then assess the exams you have taken and decide on the recognition of credits (CFU).
Is attendance compulsory?
No, attendance is not currently compulsory.
Is there a master’s degree programme in Psychology?
Yes. The Master’s Degree Programme in Psychology (LM-51) is active: all information is available on its page.
How can I have an English language certificate recognised?
To have an English language certificate at level B1 or above recognised, follow the instructions of the University Language Centre (CLA).
I need a certificate of enrolment.
You can print and download the certificate, including the exams you have passed, yourself: log in to Delphi and go to “CERTIFICATI” (certificates), then select the option to print certificates.
Where can I find the CERTIFICATE OF EXAM ATTENDANCE?
You can download the certificate here. Fill it in, bring it on the day of the exam and ask the professor to sign it after the exam.
I am a student athlete. How can I access the benefits available to me?
To access the benefits for student athletes, click here.
How can I take part in the Erasmus programme?
You can find all the information on the Erasmus programme here.
Incoming Erasmus students: see the Erasmus Incoming page.
My question is not on this list.
If your question is not on this page, try the “Tor Vergata” student FAQ page here.
INTERNSHIPS AND UAFP ACTIVITIES
What do I need to do to carry out third-year internships externally?
Please read carefully the notice to students published here (in Italian).
Do I need to send a communication to take part in third-year internal activities?
No prior communication is required. Details on how to access and sign up will be published on this website as soon as they are available. Until then, no communication needs to be sent in order to take part in the third-year internships held within the University.
MICROSOFT TEAMS & MICROSOFT 365
I have a problem with my Teams account: I can’t log in and the message ACCOUNT TEMPORARILY BLOCKED appears. What should I do?
The account is temporarily blocked (for about an hour) after several repeated incorrect login attempts.
Please wait at least one hour before trying to log in again.
Note: changing your Delphi password does not change your Teams password.
I forgot my Teams password!
You can change your Teams (and therefore Microsoft 365) password in Delphi.
Note: changing your Delphi password does not change your Teams password.
